We engineer and construct all of our storage sheds to meet and exceed most local building codes. We do not prefabricate our floors, walls, or rafters. All materials are cut and nailed onsite by our professional builders.

2" x 4" yellow pine studs 16" on center (OC)
2" x 4" yellow pine double top wall plates
2" x 4" yellow pine rafters 24" OC
7/16" particle board (OSB) for roof decking
felt paper and drip edge
25-year shingles
30-year Smartside siding or 50-year Hardi plank
double doors framed from siding or steel door
1" x 4" treated trim
ridge vent
30" earth anchors
metal straps
hurricane clips from bottom wall plate to stud, stud to top wall plate, and top wall plate to rafters

Our standard storage sheds are constructed to pass 120 mph wind inspections.
